Overview
Nestling in the heart of Royal Deeside, The Mill of Strachan is a magnet for wildlife as well as domestic animals. Three generations of the Strachans live on the farm, and the 3 households residing on the land try to tread as lightly as possible on the environment. Primarialy a sheep farm and a Trout Fishing Loch, there has been horse breeding at the Mill of Strachan for the past 20 years. There is a Tack shop as well as Feed Shop suppling animal feed including horse, sheep, pig, poultry feed as well as dog & cat food, & wild bird seed & peanuts all at extremely competitive rates.
